Project Manager Baby Detect

Tamara Dangouloff

Biography

Who I am?

I am a doctor in Public Health and a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Liège. I have been working for 15 years with sick children, first as a nurse specialised in children and then as head nurse in paediatrics. I was a project manager for newborn screening for spinal muscular atrophy and I did my PhD on its medico-economic analysis.

Why do I want to participate in Baby Detect?

Because I want to change the way we look at the disease for children and their families by avoiding the symptoms. Because it is an opportunity to act on a large scale and really improve lives, by thinking bigger than each individual case.
